2 pcs Fish @ 300 g
2 cloves Garlic chopped
1 tbsp. Salt
1 pcs Lime squeeze the juice
100 ml Vegetable oil
10 pcs Kaffirlime leaves
10 Shallot peel and cut crosswise into 2 part
3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
2 pcs Salam leaves
2 stalks Lemongrass Crushed
2 Red chili seeded, cut into 4 part
2 Green chilies seeded, cut into 4 part
5 bunch Chives Cut inti 2 part
4 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Tamarin juice
200 ml Water
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
5 pcs Candle nut
4 cm Turmeric fried
8 Shallot
Rinse fish and pat dry. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice on fish, rub fish with garlic. Put fish in hot oil, fry for 5 minutes per side or until brown, drain on paper towel.
Blend the turmeric, candle nut and shallots until turn into paste.
In fry pan placed four spoons vegetable oil and paste stir over medium heat until the color turn into golden. Add lime leaves, lemon grass, garlic, chilis and shallot. Add sugar, salt, tamarind juice, water and Fish simmer a few minutes until the flavors to infuse. Add chives.
